Did not follow directions rude indignant and disrespectful, Mary and George gave me an order that was completely incorrect. When I called about the issue the staff tried blaming my doordash driver for confirming an incorrect order. When I gave Mary and George a chance to make it right, I was continuously lied to because Mary began contradicting herself. I said that I'm gonna come bring them the cookies back for a refund or credit and Mary, attempted to threaten me stating, "If you come up here..." in a rude tone, and before she finished I asked are you threatening me? Then she starts laughing and screaming in my ear about calls are being recorded. Then I reconciled that I am going to get no where with these kids and George is 14 by his own admission. I said to Mary I'm gonna write a review and she began to mock me and say "write your review I don't care." I will also be writing corporate and reaching out to the Mall about this. Just had a very interesting experience when placing an order. I wanted to order a cookie cake ASAP- the guy on the phone said he would put me on hold, however, he actually didn't. I could hear in the background them talking; "do you want to make a cookie cake?" ... more chatter I couldn't understand... then heard him say to another worker "she doesn't want to make the cookie cake." He then said we can pick it up soon, but the woman who will be making it "isn't that good" ... or, we can wait for the decorator to come in later this evening. So I have to wait all day because they don't want to work....?

I ordered a cookie cake with Happy New Year in red and white icing, paying in advance for pick up after 12 on 12/31. When I picked it up @ 2, the young man at the counter told me repeatedly that there were no cookies for pick up. Then said I must have the wrong location. When I told him I had the charge receipt he told me that the cookie just needed to be iced & to come back in 15 mins.
