The candy was delicious. The store was too small. The customer service was horrible!!! First, my daughter was trying to get some M&Ms. She is 11 years old and knew how to do it properly. However, she ACCIDENTALLY spilled some on the tray below the machine. The clerk was VERY rude to her saying that she was doing it on purpose when that was NOT true. He was SO rude that she started to CRY!!! Second, never being in the store before, we had no idea how expensive it would be. When we got to the register, the same rude clerk rang up our order. When I saw how much the total was, I decided I only wanted 2/3 bags that we had. The clerk said that we HAD to buy all three bags to make up for what was spilled. I told him it was an accident. He said that it wasn't and started to argue with me about it. I regrettably paid for all three bags as to not make a scene. I was VERY upset about the whole situation. This place used to be THE SPOT at Somerset, even with the little pieces. It was great because you could mix and match how much you wanted of everything and then make the perfect take-home bag. From childhood to now, these stores used to be incredible because we could try one or two things; even the store owners would give us some samples.

But with everything bagged now, you can tell the stuff is old, and they just keep it out there until it gets sold. also paying per bag instead of per pound with mix & match options really limits how much you can get And how much someone would be willing to spend.

Disappointing that a few bad experiences influenced this decision for the Owner and Manager, however, their loss at the end of the day. I can’t imagine the store lasting for another year since making...

This store is HORRIBLE. The girl with the blond hair was was extremely rude. I had over $40 worth of candy I was willing to spend on candy for my friends and I and the girl came over to us with an attitude thing “we have cameras you can not try the candy” which we weren’t because everything is bagged. When we walked in a kid and his friend STOLE a bunch of candy, but she yelled at us for eating a jellybean. We are visibly middle eastern looking and think she did this on purpose because they didn’t try to stop the boy stealing candy. But yells at paying customers? Yeah no thank you will...
