This rating should really be a "0" due to customer service and our sales guy at GFM. We made our purchase in Sept 2021... with everything it got pushed back and pushed back to an estimated date of May 2022. We ended up canceling and getting a refund because May 2022 was still just an estimated date not even a guarantee. The issues though that I had with GFM are:
Prices are good but costumer service is really bad and quality of furniture is very poor. It feels like every sales person in there just want to make a sale so they would tell you anything just to make the sale and keep going for example: sales person told me that the living room set I liked was not on stock and that it would take less than 2 weeks to get it and that she would call me next day to confirm delivery date. I never got a call from her so I called 2 days later just to find out that my furniture was not going to be ready until Christmas. Before all this happen I had told the sales person how important was for me to get this furniture before Thanksgiving but I guess just to make the sale she lie on the date. So my next step was to go back to the store and choose a different set to have it delivery the same day which they did but guess what? One of the chairs I purchase was damage or defective so I refuse to accepted. So ones again I drove back to the store (30 miles) to choose another chair but this time I went to their other warehouse to pick it up myself. I spent $1500.00 cash including delivery and supposedly insurance or warranty and we never had a phone call from any one in that store at least to apologize for all the drama I went. Read moreThis place is extremely unprofessional!! My husband and I placed a order back in October. They told us our order would be ready in 3 weeks.. 3 weeks turned into 3 months and no one called to update us at all! My husband went out there to pick the order up thinking it was ready according to the date of the receipt and the order wasn’t ready at all.. ONCE THE ORDER WAS FINALLY READY my husband went to pick it up. Everything was written up correct YET, THEY GAVE US A QUEEN SIZE HEADBOARD WITH A KING SIZE FOOTBOARD.. they gave us the WRONG dresser but there was no way to tell other than unwrapping it once we got it in the house. There was no way to tell we received a king size footboard until we assembled it! I called the store to inform them and the manager TIM tells us we will be charged a $120 fee for them to come get it although it was there mistake to begin with! That is what you all UNPROFESSIONAL..
