THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! IVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED!!!! I’m a frequent shopper and never in the amount of time that Ive shopped here have I experienced the lack of customer service that I’ve received at this place. I came in to purchase some items and went to the counter for a price check and the black lady who advised me that she was the owners sister that a pack of Dollar a general tissue that had a $5 sticker on it said that it was $8. I questioned the price due to it having a $5 sticker on it and her reply rudely was “we have to make our money too and we didn’t go to Dollar General to buy this” I told her I know you didn’t you buy the pallets at a Che per cost and sell it individually. Why would you sell something at a higher price that the customer can go get for the price that is listed in the pack from Dollar General. Then I picked up some other items my mother wanted and asked for a price. I stepped to the side to check to see if it made sense to but due to my first encounter of asking and I guess she was upset because everyone was questioning the prices because it was clear she was over charging and five minutes later she said” my register shut down. I’m ready to go home for the night. It shut down automatically”. With no warning that they were about to close because online says 8 and that the fact she didn’t announce it at all to give anyone an opportunity to even purchase. It was really disheartening to see something like this and experience this and especially from an African American establishment. This is why we can’t succeed as a whole. If you are smart please go the other way from this location. These people are too old to be as rude and disgusting as they were!!! Get the black sister from out the front because she will be the cause of the downfall of that store!!! Put her in the back to stock or...

The lady at checkout is firm on the prices she quotes which are half the price of Home Depot. Customers want items for less and when they keep pushing her she pushes back. It can perceive as rude but it’s all day she’s dealing with this interaction. I understand wanting the best deals but she’s an employee. I’ve seen items intentional damaged than the customer requests an additional amount off the already quoted price. I’ve witnessed customers be disrespectful. Many times she’s the only person there on the register so she requests you take a picture of the item so she can look it up. People can be rude when they don’t get the price they want to pay. She does not own the business so she has to follow guidelines set by the owner. I agree the place is understaff and overcrowded but I love searching and finding great deals. I could easily go to Home Depot and pay the full price but I like the saving and the search. Have patiences and respect. I’ve been going there for over a year and I respect the process. I look up the item on HD website to get an idea of the cost. I scanned the barcodes when it’s in a box. I use Google photo to look up the things not in the box. If I don’t like the price quoted I have 5 more liquidation stores I can go to. I don’t tell her what others are selling it for I just go to the other store. Many stores carry the same stuff. THE CRAZY LADY AT THE FRONT NEEDS FIRED! I COULD HAVE PRESSED CHARGES! I was looking at a sectional couch that was reclines and pulls has storage. As I’m checking it out my 5 year old daughter is sitting on the edge of the couch. The lady comes from behind the desk with a METAL BAT saying “get the F out, your playing with the furniture” I explained that I was checking out how it works and she looked at my child and said “she’s a GD KID” coming towards us! I told her I had pepper spray not too come any closer. She said “you do” and she ran behind the desk again (as if she were going to get something else) I grabbed my daughter and ran out the side EMERGENCY EXIT! I put my daughter in the car, closed the door and she was standing at the door we ran out of telling me to come back in!!! I tried to contact the owner but haven’t got even a courtesy call back. My daughter has been traumatized because of this lady! … for… sitting on a cushion a display couch while her mom “played with it” ?
