Roll O Coaster — Restaurant in Tucker

If you are looking for Boba tea, unfortunately this place is not it. Wife and I tried them today, let me be clear the owners and employees are very nice folks, who have the right vibe, but unfortunately that is where the positives end.

Starting with the order, we ordered a large Taro and Brown Sugar Boba tea, extra Boba. We also asked if they could be blended into a smoothie multiple times(as the ice traps the pearls and any simple syrups) they said yes. Was served unblended milk teas, which they replied they shake them, that they don't do blending. I went to over look this and judge the product on the flavor. The brown sugar itself was barely shaken and was more akin to just a layer of condensed milk, a layer of ice and a tar pit of brown sugar simple syrup that trapped all of the Boba from actually moving up the straw. To top it off, the lids are flimsy and popped off when attempting to put a straw through them (which also was surprising as most Boba places use a plastic sealing machine). It's probably the worst Boba I've unfortunately ever had. EDIT: the actual Boba tapioca pearls were hard, and tasted like they were either pre-made or were not cooked long enough and tasted not good.

An additional note about the Boba tea, they are missing a decent number of 'staple' flavors, like Thai tea, which was also surprising. If they were to up their game, increasing flavor variety and quality, along with offering blended options id be happy to give them another try. Place is nice , workers are friendly. But the Boba ? Please don’t come here for boba . I didn’t try the ice cream so I can’t say anything on that , but when I got my boba I was so disappointed, they don’t have options for topping either , they just give you flavored water down “boba milk tea” so if you are stopping here for boba do yourself a favor and go somewhere else . I couldn’t even finish mine and I paid $6 for a regular size - ridiculous. They also take unsolicited pictures of you , we were really caught off Guard with the guy taking pictures of us . I get they want to promote their business , but at least ask...

I recently checked out roll o coaster Ice Cream Parlor, and it was great! They have a ton of flavors to choose from, like classic vanilla and chocolate, plus some unique ones like lavender honey. The ice cream is super creamy and delicious.

The staff were really friendly and helped with suggestions. The place itself has a cozy, and was clean and inviting. Prices are fair for the big scoops you get, and you can add lots of toppings or choose different cones. They have boba tea and fresh fruit juice.

Overall, Roll o coaster is a fantastic spot for ice cream lovers. Definitely worth a visit if you’re...
