Stopped by the Kiosk with my wife to get ideas for a Valentine's day gift and the manager, Tammy, approached us. I repeatedly told her we were just browsing, but she was pushy with the sales, she kept making weird comments and said she was going to "make us do push-ups". Her awkwardly heavy laughing sent waves of ash tray smell over us and made my wife nauseous. I quit smoking 12 years ago and even I couldn't stand the smell. the whole interaction just made us very uncomfortable. We went to Pandora and bought something beautiful and, more importantly, actually enjoyed the shopping experience at Pandora.

DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE!!

They use a piercing gun, which is terrible because it applies too much pressure to the ear. After a few days, my ear became really infected, causing a bump. I also want to point out that their earrings are awful for healing. They put too much pressure on the ear, leaving no room for proper healing. The earrings are also poor quality and were losing their color.

How do you get screwed over at a jewelry place I guess just like everywhere else, they canceled my warranty without telling me so when I took my kids necklaces to exchange them thinking I was going to get and pay the same less than $60 to do my exchange and redo my warranty because having kids we all know warranty is a must, but nope they canceled my warranty so they ended up charging me the whole purchase of a necklace almost $300 lost down the drain because they canceled my warranty without even telling me what a scandal but I guess cuz it's not coming out of their pocket...
