If I could give a zero, I would. As a result of the pandemic, all of my season tickets were moved to 2021/2022. I am only able to attend two of the shows on the new dates. Given the ticket reassurance on the web site, which promises they will work with you on dates and/or provide a refund, I reached out for a refund. I want to attend the two shows, which are Hamilton and My Fair Lady. I received a pretty curt message from Customer Service telling me that two shows isn't enough for a season package so I either have to keep the package or I have to take a refund for the whole season. Some "assurance" policy. I realize it's not their fault that this happened, but it's also not my fault. They should have offered other ways to work with me, but apparently that's not in their customer...
