Brought my angry ginger (Pippin) here. You would think that a ginger named after a hobbit would be pleasant, but you would be wrong. This cat is an angry, grumpy old man, much unlike his brother from another mother, Gandalf the Grey. While I am able to trim Gandalf’s nails with minimal danger to my life (I SHALL PASS!), Pippin treats me like an ork who’s trying to take his ring.

While awaiting my hobbit’s trim in the lobby, I heard many attempts at soothing and angry meows for Legolas to save him. Legolas did not come, his nails were trimmed, the orks defeated and ring destroyed.

A giant eagle came sweeping in and took him home. You would think this would result in a happy cat, but he is still a jerk. A jerk who is now able to walk without pain and wants to know why second breakfast has not been served yet.

And for only 13 golden coins and the ability to do a quick walk in, even Lobelia Sackville-Baggins...

We've been here a few times, and understand why other pet owners might have had better experiences, but we've had issues with our male poodle mix every time we've taken him, specifically regarding the grooming around his genital area. They seem to get too close to the skin consistently. Once they seemed to accidentally shave the underside of his balls, but didn't mention this to us upon drop off, and this last time they shaved too close to his member and the skin is red and irritated. The visible irritation made him lick the skin raw and we ultimately to put him in an e-collar.

Our issue is that they never seemed to notice or tell us of these incidents. The staff seems professional otherwise, but it is not a...

So I like this place Alot until I seen the groom lady face like she wasn't happy about my dog coming in I've noticed he's always shaking up going there but they have said he's never an issue in the past I don't mind to pay but they raised my regular price with out notifying me updates r always good just not professional they were supposed to call me and they didn't very unprofessional I had to call them his cut was no different from what he's gotten before so I didn't like those things on my visit and I Will sadly find another groomer cause I feel notifying is a necessity the workers just seam fidgety feeling unwelcome been through this grooming for years tho never felt that today moving forward new...
