Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

My wife and I ordered 3 large fries and a Doritos Locos Taco Supreme combo. The fries were cold and a true let down, and the taco supreme were not supreme at all. No sour cream or tomatoes. I reviewed my receipt to make sure I hit the right button since everything is self-service through a kiosk now. I tried calling them 5 times to discuss it with them, but they either did not answer, causing the phone to disconnect, or they hung up on me as soon as they answered. Either way, I was very disappointed and was forced to address it like this. NOT COOL TB!!!

*UPDATE: I do not feel I should remove my original review or star rating as it was true and honest, but I did want to update it and give credit where credit is due. I went back to this TB six days later and let them know what happened. They promptly and happily remade my original order. It was 100% better. I did not expect them to remake the order since it was six days after, nor did I expect the reaction I got. They were very nice and understanding. I don't want to change my original post or stars, but I would rate the return visit...

Ample and abundant on-site parking was available. Parking area and building exterior both appeared clean, well maintained and free of noticable defects. Never acknowledged or welcomed by staff members. Interior trash cans in desperate need of staff attention. Dining room floor equally unmaintained. Floor was noticably sticky. Condiment area was over flowing with product. Not a big fan of the contactless self help ordering kiosk. Food abruptly dumped on counter by disingenuous socially bankrupt staff as ordered without issue. Unimpressive offerings but was edible, numerous packs of taco sauce helped promote some level of enhanced flavor. Excessive lettuce to unknown mystery meat like substance ratio, typical sub par Taco Bell fare. Best cheap low quality option to spend lunch on a taco Tuesday. Every time I have placed an order requesting certain items be left out (like lettuce, cheese sauce, or tomatoes due to allergies) or adding items (like extra chicken or beef) the omitted items get left in and I end up paying extra for little additons. Some ingredients, like the taco shells, tasted old and bland. I started going back because they brought back the Cool Ranch Dorrito shells but they don't taste like they used to.

The service was okay, the facility was clean and quiet, but considering the inside restaurant and drive thru were not slammed each time we went, I would think accuracy would not be a problem but it proves to be every time we visit.

Overall not bad but could be better. The worst service and food quality for us still is the Pizza Hut across the street. I dont frequent Taco Bell much but every time I do, there always seem to be an issue with...
