I need to say this and I truly need to express my gratitude
Klayton picked up the phone today as I was in a fork in the road. I was with progressive insurance and my payments was sky high, THROUGH THE ROOF with basic bare bones insurance. With a speeding ticket behind me to boot I know the rate was my fault. But I knew I had to find someplace that could not only make me feel welcome, personal, and covered all with the feeling of saving money. I was paying 181 dollars to progressive a month. I was drowning and I wasn’t even feeling like a valued customer.
Then Klayton turned it around for me today. Not only did he find me a rate that cut my bill in LITERAL HALVE, But he got me bundled up with renters insurance too cause of how comfortable and covered I felt with him. And with my new price saving me money and making me feel like I can breathe again. I feel valued rather than held against because of my ticket. And I feel like this will be a fantastic experience and insurance to work with. I got covered in minutes, and had a good time talking with Klayton and being personable. I couldn’t believe how crazy it felt coming off the call jumping for joy and celebrating with air guitar and I stopped and thought. Am I actually THIS HAPPY?! WHY YES I AM!!
Klayton thank you for making me finally believe that not all insurance companies are out to get you, but actually being reminded what it felt to be treated as a customer of value even if it was my first moments with you guys. Hopefully, I’ll have many moment and see a thing or two with State farm as well!
The wizard photo encapsulates how Klayton felt to me literally casting Fire to Progressive. Klaytons a wizard. Wizard Klayton.
THANK YOU...
Read moreI went in to see about switching my car and homeowner’s insurance after GEICO raised my car insurance (yet again) by $100/mo. I had called GEICO to ask about it and they said I just needed to fill out a paper to bring it back down, which they would email me, but never did. However, they promptly emailed me to let me know how to reach my local agent in Richmond, VA - somewhere I have never even lived. I decided it was time to move my business somewhere local.
Leticia was so welcoming and took the time to walk me through the daunting process of switching over two vehicles and a home, even right after the policy had just been paid. She made sure to get the coverage that was right for me, not the premiums that were right for them, and she explained every bit of what she was doing along the way. She helped find every discount available, and saved me $2700/year on my car insurance. The homeowner’s insurance premium increased quite a bit, but we made sure I would actually be covered should anything happen. And even with the more expensive homeowner’s policy, I’m still paying $1500/year less overall!!
Franklin stopped by and made sure I did not have any additional questions and just in general made conversation. Nothing about this office was rushed or like they were just there to get a sale. Fantastic agency - if you’re looking to be insured locally, I cannot recommend them...
Read moreSo I got a quote from this insurance place I dealt with Klayton one of his insurance people. I got a quote key word being quote of $340. After I called to confirm the price the next day due to having to talk to my wife aftee clearing it with the insurance agent it went to $490. The reason was his employee didn't do the full check after we talked about what I wanted and was looking for. He then proceeded to tell me it was pretty much my fault I didn't provide all information. Great way to start a relationship right. So as I stated to Franklin he used the words quote not estimate there is a difference and we all know this.
An estimate is a best guess of how much a job might cost. A quote is more exact.
Unlike a quotation, an estimate isn't legally binding and can be adjusted upward or downward due to changes in scope.
So with this being said maybe you shouldn't use the words quote maybe use the word estimate or with the information you have provided so far. Franklin's hands were tied due to his company and his employee and did not honor his first quote. Me personally as a business owner myself i would hold to my quote no matter what, its a quote you live by that rather its a mistake on your part or an employee. Shows people you actually care about them and makes them want to stay with your company. As a result of this I went a different route with...
