Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Tucson

This Starbucks has a complete mister system around entire outside sitting area. It is never used. On a scorching hot day wanting to sit outside paying for major overpriced coffee as it is in a major corp company making millions plus ➕...... and it can't turn on the misters at their Tucson Arizona store. Omgggg. Yes they can. But they don't. My friend asked and they said they don't have a way to turn it on.

Whatever. Get it fixed . We pay a LOT for coffees and then some for sour cream!! And other extras!!! Seriously!

I'll gladly pay for my coffee and enjoy the misters on a hot 🔥 day. Sure right? Ok fine its SUPER expensive coffee and not even quality "Pristine mountains of Argentina".... or "luxurious green valleys of Arabica hand picked coffee" just for Starbucks. Im sure the "pickers" are well paid? 😒

I wish THEY could enjoy the misters while they pick beans.

I do like coffees and come to Starbucks because I have been since the Portland Oregon days back in 2000. I can't imagine how much I've spent. ...and I am low middle class so can barely afford a twice a week habit.

Oh how the misters would come in handy since they are INSTALLED. ;) I WILL come and buy more coffees especially if lured by refreshing...

Horrible service very rude I couldn't even talk spoke over me yelled at me, this was my first time at this Starbucks too, so unprofessional and still did not make what I asked for and then charged me even more than the menu price, I have never been treated so poorly at Starbucks, I asked to speak with the manager and he was even worse than the employees I asked for my money back because the coffee was horrible and not what I asked for and I asked for a receipt he said there's no reason to give you a receipt here's your money just like that horrible service and I feel discriminated against because they were all Caucasian and I'm Hispanic, not once did they offer to remake my coffee not once did they offerto make it right and comp or anything, I asked for the name of the female who was very rude and unprofessional and of the manager and I was not given either, so I asked for the person in charge there bosses name and they said jesse. On my way out of town for a round trip drive to Phoenix I decided a get myself a little caffeinated treat(Unfortunately a nasty trick was in store), because today I really needed a little splash of joy. For ease and speed I went to the drive through and was forced to wait 20 minutes(despite the fact that there was 1 car in line when we got there and 2 middle school age boys who went inside while we were waiting), during the 20 minutes I watched them make 4 drinks, all to be abandoned on the counter right next to what I'd later learn was mine. So my hot drink sat for 20 minutes before they gave it to me for no good reason, whatever I can handle a little wait, its annoying but I am strong. After all that, its the wrong drink. The sticker on the outside says mocha but the contents is a nasty mixture of unsweetened coffee and milk. I don't often frequent Starbucks because it's quite pricy so getting a lazy, bitter concoction (in a venti size too) is really disappointing. If I had the privilege of time I would go back and ask for the drink I ordered, however, Nana's funeral waits...
