I am giving this 3 stars for the years of exceptional quality and innovation. The fragrances are beautiful, and there is something to catch the interest of many scent preferences. As a long time customer, I can say that the body oils and lotions have significantly lost their scent. They reduce to a basic, Vaseline lotion brand scent. This is new! Consistent customers can pick up these kinds of differences, and I kind of feel cheated after my last restock. The perfume/fragrance oils appear to be the same, but I guess no one is immune to shrinkflation. A disclaimer of ingredient change would have been nice. I would not have purchased so many items. I visited Kuumba Made when I was in town for the Gem Show. I cannot express how blown away I was by the genuine kindness of EVERY SINGLE person I encountered at Kuumba Made. These people are passionate about the products they create and it shows. I am obsessed with everything Egyptian Musk and was thrilled to stock up on lotions and bath salts to take back with me to Minnesota. Just made my first visit! The staff are very friendly and helpful and make it a pleasurable experience to shop for someone like me with anxiety and the shop is beautifully put together. I am horrible with names but I believe the woman who helped me was named iris or Lily but I loved her! The products are absolutely amazing and I am excited to have my very first products purchased from them! I absolutely would love to come back and will be purchasing more and will be telling my friends...
