Do not waste your time!
What use to once be an American Icon is going to go the way of the drive-in, especially if tonight's poor quality food and even poorer customer service is any indication.
I don't know where to begin. (In 3rd stall from the road on the left hand side facing Sonic) We sat hitting the call button 5 times while what appeared to be a friend of the working crew went through the drive through. A lady in a white van was dropping something off to the workers everyone seemed so lively and excited with smiles on their faces and chatter abound (a stark contrast to the interactions we received shortly thereafter). After the lady in the white van sped off, so fast that she scraped the bottom of her van on the speed bump, we were not sure if we were being ignored or if the call button was broken so we decided to to through the drive through.
At the intercom we were greeted with a welcome message, based on all other interactions I'm pretty sure this was a pre-recorded greeting. We gave our order and were replied to with silence. So we proceeded to move to the window. After getting to the window we were greeted by a a girl with long black hair (being worn down at a food service job, not okay) with no smiles, asked, "How can I help you?" You see, we thought the intercom greeting was a real person so we asked her, "Did you not hear our order?" She said no, so we repeated our order, 2 corn dogs, one Reses peanut butter shake and one hot fudge sundae. Again no response.
She then, disappeared and a young man with short black hair came to the window, he was at least smiling. He asked us,again, for our order, so we gave it again. Then repeated the order 2 more times. At this point I am wondering if the staff are on drugs. It was like talking to people who were in a fog. This was ridiculous. He then gave us the total facing the away from the window and asked again to clarify the Reses order a moment later... again! Then changed our total, this time at least facing us when providing the revised total.
We told the man about, how we hit the button on that particular stall and how we thought the button was malfunctioning and he said "Uh that had been happening a lot lately. I think they said they are going to replace it, yeah they are replacing them." No sorry, no "we'll take it offline". So the stall is just there waiting for the next fool to be taken for their time and money.
We got our food and left. The corndog was hard and luke warm, I could tell it has been made a while ago. And the hot Fudge sundae had no hot Fudge on the whip cream! They literally couldn't spend 15 more seconds to make it look like the photo?
The experience was so terrible it was surreal. I hope no one has to experience the same. Go somewhere else, do not waste your...

It's extremely unfortunate (for my SONIC loving family) that this disgrace of a restaurant is our closest location. We love the cream slushes, but the slush machine here is NEVER working. We love the fried treats, but everytime we order something, anything from the fryer here, it's burnt. Even we we ask that they cook it a little bit less, they say they will but never do. And who doesn't love the chili cheese coneys? We sure do, but not from this location. The chili and the dogs are always burnt. Like they've been cooking for hours and hours, even at lunch time. Tonight was my last straw. I called ahead of time to make sure the slush machine was fixed. I was told it was working fine. So I made the 10 minute drive only to be told that the slush machine was down and had been for weeks. They told me the girl who told me that had only been there 2 days and didn't know. Again, she'd been there TWO WHOLE SHIFTS and didn't know the slush machine was down.
I will not be returning to this location and I will ward anyone wanting to visit this site away to a...
Read moreThe only reason I'm doing such a Negative review is because it's pretty messed up that there was only two workers manning the whole buiness.. there was one person that was taking the order, filling the order and drinks and taking the payments at the drive thru as well as delivering food to the cars parked and one person in the back cooking in a restaurant that needs at least have five people working to keep it running successfully. This is all happening during a busy time of night and there was a line of cars coming out of the drive-thru. The cashier kept her cool and tried her best even though it took an ungodly amount of time to get our food I think mainly because she was trying to deliver other orders to the cars that were parked as well as take orders and fill them. It did seem that she had somebody in the back cooking food at least. I'm just kind of hoping the owners will see this review and realize that they need to step up and make sure she has some sort of backup plan when there's a staff shortage last minute which I'm hoping that's the only reason this business was...
