Unprofessional and you will lose money.

I came in wanting a sound system for my Honda. I initially had a defective head unit (from Amazon) I brought in myself. (we found this out shortly upon installation). Other head units were not shown to me. No salesmanship skills were used. I then later arranged a time, and showed up in person in hopes to get some guidance on head units. Jose was not there, however the assistant helped. I eventually got my head unit replaced. I’ve lost count how many hours I've spent waiting for assistance. I’ve had to return multiple times.

Jose will keep telling you 15 more minutes. When in all actuality he is too preoccupied and unavailable. What “unavailable” that looks like: is he’ll talk to everyone but you in the room. He’ll work on other tasks before getting to you. He won’t even acknowledge you and if he does it’s to tell you to wait. Just massive disrespect. He'll tell you to be more patient while already taking advantage of your patience.

The hardware was installed though, tweeters, sub, wires. However, it did not last long. The wrong style woofers were put into the wrong style box. Blowing the sub. Needing it to be replaced. Costing money. The Amp installed was a Walmart quality piece of junk. Also, it had to be replaced. Costing money. When I had my mechanic look at it he was surprised a Fuse was not installed, left unattended it could have been problematic. Installing one cost me money. I was referred to here by an auto salesman and got no sort of “deal” because of it. They overcharge and underdeliver.

Nice people, I just don't think they have much experience with heavy duty trucks. It took 8 hours to figure out that my truck (gmc sierra 2500 crew cab with a regular 6.6' box and a 6" lift on 35" tires) didn't fit on their alignment machine. I called to them a few times during the 8 hours my truck was there and was told that they were almost finished or making a few more adjustments. I was never told my truck didn't even fit on their machine until I showed up to pick it up at the end of the day. Also, it took 5 days to get me on the calendar for the work. They did refer me to an awesome diesel mechanic for other work though so I can't say that all was bad. I was thinking of buying my next set of tires and rims from them, but I'm not confident that it will be properly installed if my truck is too big for their...

I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. The service quality was poor, and the repairs didn’t meet expectations. Communication was also unprofessional, and I felt my time and money weren’t respected. I wouldn’t recommend this business based on my experience. Do not go to this shop save your time and money you will have to return for something not done correctly guaranteed. Manager scolds at his workers and his assistant in front of customers....
