I am surprised by all of the rave reviews, as I had a very different experience when looking for furniture. Maybe it is just the type of service I am looking for, but I found the whole experience very unpleasant. The sales person was extremely pushy and did not listen to my feedback at all. I was very clear that I did not want a motorized couch, but that was all I was shown. I said I did not like a fabric and was told, "everyone does!". I then saw the outrageous prices, then that the lead time for basically anything would be at least 8 weeks, and I was sure I didn't want any furniture from this place.

I decided to go to the new La-Z-Boy that opened up off of Irvington, although I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for.
