High prices, low quality and they don't listen to what you actually want done. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they did round until i realized and asked them to fix it which they did but they acted like it was my fault. The manicure was the laziest rushed manicure I've ever received. I also got gel and they put the thinnest layers of gel possible to the point where I can see the brush strokes and see through the nail. They told me that they aren't able to do designs so I opted for some nail jewels. I originally wanted a gold design over the gel color and was told they couldnt do designs so i then asked if they could just make the tips gold so they brought out a gold polish and tried to paint it over the entire nail for some reason then said "see, it doesnt look good" and i just said nevermind because the nail tech obviouslydidnt listen to what i asked. From here i asked if they had gold stones or accesories that we can put on instead. The jewels were put on with a huge glob of glue and positioned sloppily and crooked. I noticed this on one finger after curing it in the uv light. Then when the next jewels were applied on my other hand I pointed out that they were crooked so they handed me the tool to position them myself. Less than 2 hours later, one of the jewels fell off. I also got a pedicure and they left nail polish on my skin. My friend got a pedicure too and now her big toe is swollen and throbbing. When it came time to pay they straight up ask you "how are you giving the tip? Cash or card? How much tip are you giving?", the prices are already ridiculously high which i wouldnt mind so much if the quality actually matched the price. My first time there and it was a big mistake!! I asked for medium length and the tech did them short and was very unpleasant to my daughter and never came to me for instructions after I told her that I was paying for my daughter along with charging me for removal of of 8 nails of $10 ,$10 for gel and $10 for French tip and $50 for the service with the grand total for the service was $80 mind you these are for my teens for promotion. You pay $10 extra for gel polish already why the additional $10 when the $10 you already are paying extra for covers the whole nail in color and because you only want 1/3 if the nail tip to be painted it's EXTRA !!! You be the judge and look at the work below 👇🏼 the nail set my daughter had on previously was done at their sister site Bonita Nails and that set was $45. The shape my daughter asked for was Square with no rounded corners and this what she got and a little side note that the tech also failed to do was as they always ask you to wash your hands when they start and after the acrylic is laid and neither happened. As I finished my sloppy pedicure with all the texture and blotchy gel paint job and you can see that the tech even forgot the gel top coat and when I told them he had already started another customer and they said you can wait to fix . If I could give this place and franchise zero stars I would. I first went to Bonita nails across the way, where I was greeted from a man way in the back shouting at me, he says “hour wait, go to luxe down the way” and it was empty. So whatever I go, not bad of a wait. I was going in there with my step daughter, we both got a full set, they literally PEELED my step daughters old set off her fingers which really hurt her. Didn’t ask if she was ok didn’t offer a soak off nada. She asked for a simple, SHORT French tip with 3D flowers. The person they said “does art work” did a horrible job on the 3D Flowers. Which I rather her have said she couldn’t do the design and offer something else than pay $105 for her set. Yes $105. Now my set, I was seated with a lady that didn’t know any art work. I showed her two designs and she said “I don’t do that” which ok I was ok with that I was just gonna do a simple white tip. She then says she’ll do the application part and someone else was going to do the paint. Which was the man right next to her. He didn’t do a horrible job. But my nails were probably medium length and he charged me $100 for a full set. Which I’ve had longer and more nicer nails for not even that price.
