Riverfront Plaza — Local services in Tucson

First time coming here and my husband called before we arrived and asked for to go plates and the guy said it would be 8.99 per plate0 so we walked in and got the to go plates and served ourselves and when we went to pay he started charging us everything thing in the plate plus the weight of the plate almost 40$ just to take it to go. We had to end up dining in because he wanted to charge us 20$ extra just to take it to go and since it was already late they where about to close and we couldn't leave till we finished our food because they they charge you whatever you have left over we felt so uncomfortable they kept looking at us hurrying us up to eat and we ended up having really bad stomache ache all night and diarrhea worst experience ever !! Next time explain the extra charge for the food and not lie and say it only a certain price thru the phone!! NEVER COMING BACK...

Great food, awful service this time. We're frequent goers of this location for Buffalo Wild Wings and the service is really hot and miss. This time was major miss. The guy we had passed out table 6 times, ignoring us when we needed drink refills, and to go boxes and the bill. Once he brought our food, he never came back.
