Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

I received poor customer service this evening.I put my order on the website before arriving to save time and in the hope's that they have plenty of time to get my order completed accurately before I arrived When I arrived at this location, the website asked that I announce myself at the drive-thru order window. There were several cars in front of me, which I didn't mind,since I knew it would probably be a little wait for me anyway. I got to the pick up window and was given only 1 of the 2 drinks I ordered . I asked the server why was I only given 1drink instead of the 2. The server looked at my order and said I ordered 2 drinks. I told her she was right and asked her again why was I only receiving 1 now and being asked to drive around to wait? The lady looked confused and finally proceeded to give me the 2nd drink. Ok, no big deal. I drove around, parked and waited for the rest my of my order. About 5 mins later, the server came out and handed my food. I start to leave , but decided to check the bag because I didnt want to drive back. As I suspected, there were missing items. I was at loss for words. Now, I need to get back in the drive thru lane to tell them that there were missing food items from my order. I can't go inside because the dining room is not open to the public, which is expected due to high Covid cases, so I am now once again waiting behind several cars on the drive thru lane. Its finally my turn, again. I explain the situation. I get my items, and expect some kind of apology, but it never comes. I get a lame excuse of "they were busy". I ask " what is the point of ordering ahead? What is the point of being asked to wait longer than usual if the order is still going to be wrong? What is the point of trusting that we will get all the items we purchased when that is not the case? What is wrong with businesses that are not putting customers 1st in the midst of this economic crisis? Do they not know we have a choices to go somewhere else? That is why...

I have to say it's not my favorite place for Mexican food but it is definitely up there because they always have some good special promotion going on with $5 boxes usually being the case and many items that I have tried on their menu whether it be on their dollar menu or there meal menus everything I have tried has always been very good well-prepared prices very reasonable and it's a good place to stop in and get food quickly especially if you're on the run or traveling good place for a quick bite for good food reasonably priced and a good place to take the kids at those locations that have indoor seating. I also like the fact that you can find them everywhere pretty centrally located near Maine streets are close to freeway exits and entrances and for me it makes...

After driving 10 hours to where I needed to park for the night. I walked a mile to the only place open. Taco bell. I love taco bell used to be a shift supervisor when I was in my early 20s. Walked right in the door and they all looked at me weird and I heard the manager on duty yell: "you didn't lock the door?!" I said "I'm sorry, it said online you were open till 2" she said "we're only using drive through dine in closes at 9" at my old taco bell I would have just used the drive though till to place the order. Till will be tha same at night and you get a negative review like this and a call to cooporate that the main doors were unlocked for 3 hours after closing, they could have been left unlocked all night.
