I am totally confused as to how your milkshake machine can be broken one day at 12 AM in the morning and then that very same day at 1 o’clock in the afternoon you can get a milkshake but then at night at 10 o’clock at night the milkshake machine’s broken again? ( is it REALLY BROKEN ?? Or perhaps needs to be cleaned and ur waiting u til the very ENdOF UR SHIFT TO DO IT? Ik making those shakes is a pain I swear I do I used to work at Carl’s Jr and half of Tucson wants shakes at night!!! ) I understand that you’re a very busy store.!! I understand you get your truck at night I understand that your drive-through is extremely busy at night, but whenever you apply to a job at a fast food restaurant and you get hired, you are taking the responsibility of every job description that comes with that job Not just when you feel like it . I’m a manager in the food industry and I know what it’s like at night being slammed and only having one or two people on the clock I get it.but you have to understand that to a customer who comes and gets a large shake 5.48 every day that I can ( WHEN THE MACHINE ISNT BROKEN THAT IS) and then to be laughed at at the Window by that young girl about it that was extremely rude and immature and I really think I can take my little 5.48 x 31 Daya a month x 366 days a year and go to one of the other six whataburgers that are in my driving distance !! It just sucks bc you’re so close to my house but I will say this taste is only 25% of why a customer buys overpriced menu items CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 75% and you dropped the ball!! Read moreI am not a happy customer at all, if I could give no stars I would. I did an online order on 9/08/2023, for a breakfast burger, a double whataburger jr with bacon and 2 Med fries. Well my double wasnt a double. I called and spoke with Alex, first impression was not good he was kinda of rude, I was explaining why I called, right after I said my double wasnt a double, I hear him say jalapeños, I said no, it didn't have jalapeños. He responded rudely with NO IM NOT TALKING TO YOU IM TALKING TO ONE OF MY COWORKERS. Not professional at all.... He said I could bring the receipt back and he would replace my order i have a week to do it. So this morning, 9/09/2023 I went back to give them another chance. Well guess what, this time they forgot to put bacon on it. Like come now. I called again and spoke with the manager and advised her of what happened. She apologized and said next time I come in she would give me 50% of my order. I will not be going back to this place. Read moreStopped in this store today as I was just down the street. I've eaten here about 3 Mos ago also. What burger is one of my all time favorites since moving to Tucson in 1978. My last vist here wasn't that great as is this visit. The #5 was great, but experience eating here was not! Just like last time almost all tables had food on them and not clean at all. The whole time there no one came out to the dining room at all to wipe off tables. I got on one of 2 that didn't have food on them. I got my burger with an xtra slice of cheese which it didn't come with when I received my sandwich, up to the counter I went. Sat back down and realized there were no napkins around either. Back to the counter. I don't recommend this location at all. 6 people working and only 11 of us in dining room, NOT a good experience! In the 30+ years living on the SW side of town I noticed the fast food restaurants here are poor to mediocre for food and service.
