One of my favorite pastry spots BUT so disappointed with my most recent visit to this location. Pastry 10/10 as usual, however the lunch & bread portions were super small on our take out & had mistakes. The soup cup as you can see 2/3 full AND didn't come with the bread it always does, sadly I missed that mistake & didn't discover it until getting home over 30 minutes away, flavor 10/10 though. The pretzel was about 2/3 the size of the last one I got there but still 9/10 flavor wise. The curry chicken salad sandwich was definitely the smallest version of this I've ever gotten actual pita wise and was packed with lettuce on the bottom, as such 6/10. 50% quantity of the one I bought last week at the oracle location AND I was charged for a whole sandwich & initially received a half, resulting in an added wait. I read the ticket & it definitely was rung in correctly by the cashier. Bummed bc this is my usual after Dr's apt treat & the location I'm most often near by. I get inflation is rough on small businesses but still might be choosing a different place for my weekly treats moving forward :(

I had never eaten at beyond bread before for its food items however plenty of times for their pies cause they are great! I stopped at this one and decided to sit down and eat. Oh goodness was that bread TOUGH. I couldn’t eat my sandwich like a sandwich. At the end of eating as I didn’t want to waste my food my mouth was hurting. I thought maybe it was just mine but it was an overall experience for my friends who I was eating there with. They had different menu items that all were served with different breads and their bread was tough. I wouldn’t want to insinuate but although it didn’t taste stale the bread had that lack of moisture as if left out for more than 1-2 days to harden up. The reason for my rate was that and honestly it tasted very good but that bread being nearly impossible to eat is what did it for me. I love their pies as they’re small, well priced and delicious! This isn’t the end all be all. I still would want to give the food another chance. Like I said very tasty just hard to eat.

My husband and I love a good Reuben, and that is what we went in search of, and what led us to Beyond Bread. The sandwich was stellar, and easily in the top five Reubens we've had. The rye bread was far more prominent than most Reubens I've tried, but that wasn't a bad thing. The bread was thick and hearty without being overwhelming. The fillings were warm, tender, flavorful, and juicy. We were recommended to try the pasta salad as a side, and though it's usually not our favorite, we agreed. It was the best pasta salad I've ever had. The ingredients were not typical of a pasta salad, and it was light, refreshing, and packed full of flavor. A stellar slice of magic bar cheesecake finished off the lunch beautifully. I only wish I had more stomach to give to sampling everything this place had to offer. The space was also lovely and open, and the patio was shady, comfortable, and very pretty.

This is about the beyond bread on Ina road . We have been devoted customers for 2 decades, of the first beyond t, and this restaurant, and never a complaint. We eat at least 2-3 times a week at the beyond bread, and always on Sunday for the Italian Ribollita soup, a thick rich, sausage, and bean soup For many years thus soup was the best , but this last year the soup was so bad that l quit buying it ,Several months ago we ordered large Ribollita soups for 7 people, and it had no meat, or anything but a few pieces of bread, in all the soups. No one would eat it, as it was not good . This is a family that lovedf this soup. For almost a year l did not order this soup .Additionally , My husband said that he was “given “, 4 large free Ribollita soups, which l thought was suspicious, because in twenty years we were never offered free food at beyond bread. The soups that the server said was free , was to be in addition to the several soups we paid for, because the servers said there was a shortage of meat, and other ingredients in the soup, because it was the bottom of the pan. There was nothing but a few pieces of bread in all the soups This is usually, a rich thick soup of Italian sausage, bread and beans , not a broth. This r the fourth time we paid over 50 dollars for a soup that had to be thrown away, and my family will eat anything , . We complained nicely the first time, an was told that the manager was busy, and my call was not returned. We are still spending 2-3 hundred dollars a month for sandwiches, and bakery. We are done with throwing away hundreds and dollars for soup with no ingredients. we will not throw any more money down the drain , but thank you for the cashiers and servers that were so nice. I thought initially that this was just a accidental bad batch of soup, but they have cut their sausage in this soup to almost nothing . Our friends also have bought ribollita with no meat. It’s sad that the restaurants were hit hard by the pandemic, and sadly they are cutting corners by not putting meat...

About 3 weeks ago my husband and I went to this Beyond Bread for lunch. The food was good and the bread was very good as well. We decided to take desserts home to our kids. The young ladies that helped us were very helpful and helped us decide what to take them. However when we got home to our kids we were very disappointed to find what could only be described as a small curly hair wadded up in a gum wrapper in the bag with the cookies we bought. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to a manager. The young man I spoke to was very apologetic and friendly. He called the following day to follow up with me but I didnt speak with him he left a voicemail. When I called the following day I spoke to a different manager. This young lady told me she was aware of the situation but was quite rude about it. She told me that she would have him call me but never received a call back. I have been contemplating on leaving this review. But after finding the bag from the restaurant I decided to leave the review. I really hope that this will never happen to anyone else and the managers treats every person who walks in there respectfully if something goes wrong. We not be returning to...

It was my coworkers first time at Beyond Bread, and my first time at the this location. My friend was given a placer and she was told to "place it on the table" in which she did.

There was little crowd of people there at the time. She waited for her food, and saw this girl walking around with a plate of food...she glanced at our table and walked by. She then asked the person at the counter who it belonged too ..and it finally came to our table. My coworker asked the girl "is it still hot?, youve been walking around with it?" And the girl was very loud and said "thats why we gave you this, you put it here so we know where to take it" my coworker then said "you dont have to be so loud abt it" in which she also had an attitude.

My coworkers experience was ruined ive only been raving abt the place for a while, we live 3hrs away. I think you should explain to your customers more thoroughly on what you should do with the placers.

Not everyone is a regular. She passed on the grilled cheese explaining her experience was ruined. The girl was a blonde/red head with a pony tail.

We wont be returning to this...
