I worked here for a few years and they are funny about how much they will pay you. They will have you doing multiple jobs and you still won't get paid very well. Management is a joke. They are all about making appearances and make up these silly rules all the time. The engineering dept isn't that great either. I believe that some of them got their degrees out of a box of cereal.
