I had a very poor interaction with the head pharmacist today (July 13, 2019 @ 10:00am). I know she was short handed because I overheard her ask someone to call back while explaining she was short handed. I presented my prescription (a long-standing one) and she told me that I was one day early and would have to come back in tomorrow. As I am older (63) and walk painfully with a cane, I simply asked if she was sure about the date. She curtly (in my opinion), indicated I could go elsewhere if I chose. I stated "That's not my point, I just want to be sure about the date." This pharmacist did not have a very friendly or professional attitude (although, I admit, her approach is not typical of the friendly folks I usually encounter there). I hope Kroger in Tullahoma holds their "professional" help accountable for how they treat their long standing customers (in particular, the elderly ones). I have purchase several gift card from this store and other like Murfreesboro and Nashville store and didn't receive any of the promising points that was coming to me. When I went to the customer service desk, they helped me by calling the company that controls the program, which this store was in Tullahoma, but when I purchase cards at the Murfreesboro and went to the customer service desk, they told me that the gift card program isn't they program that I needed to call the number on the back of the gift cards. So, I told them I wanted a full refund of the gift cards I just purchased a few minutes a go, which I didn't leave the store and the individuals behind the desk told me that they cannot process a refund on gift cards. Read moreI have never in my life experienced so many problems with a pharmacy. Every SINGLE time I have been into this pharmacy I have been told they have no medication for me until some separate sort of database is searched and they finally find my correct prescriptions. I literally mean this has happened 7-8 times and on more than one of those occasions I was even given the WRONG MEDICATION. I even tried to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy but that couldn’t be done due to the absolute incompetence of this pharmacy. I have had prescriptions filled at (different) Kroger pharmacies for years and years and never experienced issues of this nature and this often.
