I want to be very clear about the fact that I never ever in life take any time out of my day not for a second to leave a review I know that we are all human and we all have bad days there is a difference and someone having a bad and a company on a consistent daily basis taking advantage of people knowingly on purpose without a care in the world taking advantage of people. RUNNNNN! These guys are using people & getting over on them for a living. I am a single mom with 3 kids, I work 2 jobs, desperately needed a phone because it's how I make money with my small business. No phone: Can't Schedule Jobs. The phone is NOT compatible with my bank app, 3 to be exact; Chime, Venmo, PayPal. My rewards apps like McDonald's, Upside, Murphys, and several more are NOT compatible with the device. I paid $100 for a phone that I could of got the same phone - FREE on a government service plan. I told them I had a budget of $100 period. They stressed it was the ' ONLY ' phone in this 'cell phone store' and charged me $110. $10 may not be a lot to some but to others it's a box of baby wipes, pull ups, or gas to get to the next job. The phone is so slow & out dated. They said it had 'NO WARRANTY' & I should of knew better, I knew better but I was desperately needing a phone & it "LOOKED LIKE IT WORKED" I've now taken too much time out of my day to write this review, I have to get to looking for a new phone & work to make some more money to buy another phone. People like this, who for a living *ON PURPOSE * take advantage of people, deceive people, lie and are aware that what they do is harming others MAKES ME SICK.
