Pretty poor selection. Basically no women's shoes other than a couple ugly options. Ended up going to a shoe store to buy my shoes. I did buy a candle with my kohl's charge card. Then, like always, I told the cashier that I wanted to pay off my card for the amount that I just spent. She didn't ask for coupons or anything. She Basically looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language or something. FINALLY, she realized what I wanted to do and I did get the payment made in cash. She was not only rude but didn't seem very knowledgeable about what she's doing. No greeting. Just scan and that's it. This place only had 2 registers open on a Friday evening. I hardly saw any staff at all besides the 2 cashiers (one was at the return station) and the one that we checked out with. From now on, I'll be sticking with the kohl's in Owasso. They have much better selection and service than this Tulsa location by Texas roadhouse. They won't get my business again. Took place Friday the 1/7/22 approximately at 7-730pm. Cashier didn't have a name tag on but she's got dark brown hair and a personality to match. Younger, guessing anywhere between 18-25? It was hard to tell her age because she didn't really look up at all. Ended up just buying a candle that was over priced anyway. I've been a kohl's member since 2006. Now I remember why I go to Owasso instead. Oh yea, I did find 1 shoe. Literally 1 single shoe without a match and there way no one around to even get help from. Hence why I went to a shoe store I'm another town for my awesome new Josef...
Read moreHonestly, this isn’t directly for Kohl’s but, considering they merged with Sephora… they need to keep their employees on check.
I went today to return a perfume gift-set that was given to me on my birthday by a cousin of mine. The only thing wrong with this specific set of Rio de Janeiro was that I had allergic reaction, as pictured below.
I will take accountability, that she did not give a gift receipt, however, she has proof of purchase, and the card she purchased it with.
Anyways, upon arrival, I explained the situation of the circumstances, and proceeded to explain to the cashier at the register that my cousin, who bought me this set, now lives in Norman, which is 1:40 hrs away. So she cannot present herself, but all I wanted was an even exchange. Not a refund/merchandise credit. A EVEN FREAKING EXCHANGE for the pink set. Q
Fast forward, the first encounter with the first cashier was pleasant, she wasn’t sure about how to proceed, so she asked for help with another cashier. Well the other cashier was rude, condescending, and just plain awful.
I was soooooo pissed. I even called my cousin on the phone, due to said distance, and offered to show her the bank statement of said purchase via facetime, and the rude ass cashier said she would not take it.
She was so rude about it, and left even more fustrated.
I have contacted Sephora, and Sephora directed me to Kohl’s, and Kohl’s to Sephora, so no i’m more...
Read moreI was there mainly to shop for gifts for over 500 kids for our angel store. Tbh I wouldnt have bothered shopping there if it wasnt for their amazing sales right now, because they are big enough discounts to make the products worth the price. Anyhow, it was quite slow, surprisingly, so I immediately got a self checkout register. Suddenly a girl (employee) came up hurriedly to stop me before I paid. She told me to hold up, dont pay yet... She asked me if I had a phone # registered. I told her I just happened to had made an acct on the website yesterday. She made sure I entered my phone # before I paid, so I could get any extra coupons, etc. She was awesome. She explained why it was important, etc. She and the boy working the self checkout area were really nice, and she went above & beyond the average employee to make sure they helped me in any way possible. They both also offered to give me a couple bigger bags to make it easier to carry the items and even bagged/rebagged them while I was finishing checking out. Because of their help, I was even able to carry all the toys/gifts to my truck in 1 trip! lol
P.S. I was so glad it was actually not busy though it was the night before...
