Had a great experience here and both my wife and I were taken care of very well by Lori. She was very friendly and caring throughout the entire process from our first interaction, through multiple visits, and a consultation. She answered all of my questions and even though I was hesitant to go with a light colored couch, and my wife was deadset against having recliners in our living room, Lori was able to get me onboard with the fabric my wife was wanting for the couch, and she even found me a couple of swivel leather recliners that my wife was on board with! Everyone was happy and even though I spent more than I was planning to going in, I'm looking forward to getting our new furniture this fall. She was able to model our room and furniture layout on her computer so we could better decide which pieces we wanted and understand how they would fit.
Will update review once furniture arrives with how that process goes.

If pottery barn offers coupons they are meant to be used right? At my recent visit to pottery barn at utica square location in Tulsa, Oklahoma the cashier told me itâs not one of your hobby lobby stores where u can use an online coupon while there were coupons available online and they didnât had any wifi Available at store and the cellular data reception was non existent. And I wasnât able to pull my coupon.
They asked me to use anthropologyâs wifi (thinking I might not even have a cellular data plan)and I was being treated as someone not worthy of being there.
I was highly disappointed in the way I was treated. I did buy my sheets more than $400 worth although I didnt want to pay full price but I did just to tell that lady I can pay for things here. I have been buying them online for a while but in store I was not treated well & will probably avoid being in store as much...
   Read moreDrove 4 hours from Dallas to Tulsa to visit family. Got to Utica and my oldest needed to go to the restroom real quick. I actually helped open this store many many years ago, worked there for quite some time after because I loved it so much, everyone was amazing back then.. so I suggested we drop in there so she could use their restrooms. She went in... and from there it got awful. Two employees at the store both were horrible.. They first asked me if I dared to use their restroom and I told them no. Then they went after my teen. I was shocked. She was on the other side of the store but both employees let her know how disgusted they were. I want to mention that my cousin we were visiting had also worked at PBKids in the same shopping center. We were both shocked. We will never go back! Sad because I had fond memories of my time there.. maybe need to relook at the employees working...
