I went to Olive Garden on a Friday during the later afternoon. There was no one at all waiting at the seating booth. I asked the young lady a question regarding the menu. She stated that she had no idea and that I would have to go find someone else to answer my menu question. She then suggested that the lady at the to go counter might be able to answer my question. I went and waited in a line there for a while but then just decided to be seated regardless. My waiter was very friendly and helpful but was a little disappointed with my initial staff encounter. The food was very good and I was very satisfied with my meal. However, I doubt I’d ever go back to the Utica Square location due to the unprofessional young lady (staff) at the seating booth.

We just went here for a quick lunch. They were not really busy. The service was very good. I had the spaghetti and meat sauce with the pasta fagioli soup. The soup was barely warm. A little disappointing. The portion of the spaghetti and meat sauce was small considering it was $8.99. I did get chicken fettuccine alfredo and a chicken parmigiana lunch portion to-go. Again, very small portion for $9.99. They only give you 2 breadsticks to go. 3 would have been perfect. The spaghetti was good, and the rest of the table ate theirs. $50 for 2 lunches, 1 dinner to go and 1 ice tea was pricey. Our waiter today was great! He made sure we had what we needed. Good food too!

Moms time out. Took my son out for unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The reason I only gave 4 stars for food and atmosphere is for me that is standard for a chain restaurant that I do not consider fine dining. Having said that, I did eat one serving of each of the four bowls of soup they offer on the menu. The salad was very well prepared and our waitress Scarlett was very professional and attentive and we never lacked for service. It's a good place to with plenty of options on the menu and reasonably priced and generous Oklahoma portions. It's also located in a safe area of Tulsa known as Utica Square shopping center.

We had an absolutely terrible experience. We were in the restaraunt for over 3 hours. They weren't even busy. The waitress just needed to be fired. We arrived around 12:00 on a Saturday and were told we would have to wait an hour for a table. We were okay with that, but ended up getting taken back much quicker. However, once we arrived at our table, it took our waitress forever to even come by and get our drink orders. By the time we finally had received our drinks we'd already been seated for 40 mintues--and still hadn't placed our food orders. She didn't bring our salad or our breadsticks until over an hour an a half in to our time, plus she didn't even bring enough. We had 6 seated at our table and didn't even have enough salad to go around for all of us.....and when we asked for another bowl it took another eternity to receive that. We had another party of 5 seated at a table across the restaurant that came in 30 minutes AFTER us. They were coming in to see if we were ready to go (because they were already finished eating and had paid) and we still had not even received our entree! There were multiple people around us complaining and getting free food and desserts for their horrible service. We tried being patient and kind, but after a while it was just ridiculous. At 3:00 pm (note that is 3 hours after entering the restaurant), we absolutely needed to leave. The other group was still waiting on us. We asked for our tickets to be brought as quickly as possible. We ended up having to ask several times for that. Finally, we just got up from our table and chased someone who wasn't our waitress down to pay them so we could leave. We pulled out of the parking lot at about 3:15. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I will never ever enter that location again, and I will make sure to tell others to avoid it. In fact, while we were still in the restaurant a couple of ladies came in and ordered drinks. They started to look frustrated that it was taking a long time, so I got up from my table and told them they should just go ahead and leave before they even order food if they wanted to be out in any reasonable amount of time. I told them at that point we had been there for 2 1/2 hours and were still waiting on our...

I called at 5:45 on Saturday to see if the restaurant could accommodate a party of eleven. The person on the phone asked me when I could arrive and I told him that we would be there in five minutes. (We were already in Utica Square) The person said they would try to accommodate us as soon as we arrived. When we arrived they told us it would be a thirty minute wait. At the 30 minute mark the door person told us it would be another 30 minutes. To wait another 30 minutes to just be seated would make us late for our next engagement. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came and I explained what I was told on the phone. She then tells me that they don’t take reservations and that the restaurant was busy but she would do her best to get us seated. Within ten minutes they sat us. The waitress took our order, brought salad and we sat for another twenty minutes. We eventually asked for our order to be packed up, by this time our order was coming out of the kitchen. Half of our party decided to deliver our kids to their engagement and the other half sat and ate. We left the restaurant for about 15 minutes. When we came back our order was on the table and it was incorrect. Finally the waitress straightened it out and we ate dinner two hours after we arrived. The communication at this restaurant is terrible during busy times. Being in a popular location, you would think that their systems would be better. I’ve eaten at this location a lot and the service has always been ok. I was very surprised and disappointed to have had this experience. The manager listened to me and was polite, but hearing her say she would talk with the people on the phone to ensure they communicated more effectively just wasn’t enough to make up for...

First of all the service was great. Alex was very attentive and helpful. That’s where the good things begin to decline. The interior has been updated since I last visited Tina brighter motif but unfortunately the smells of old mildew and dirty carpets remains. There is just an unpleasant odor throughout the entire restaurant.

As for the food, it could best be described as cafeteria food. The breadsticks were the winner of the night but the salad was overdressed, tomatoes mushy, black olives old and wrinkled! Wish I had taken a picture of those but I really wasn’t in the mood for taking pictures that night.

I ordered the Tour of Italy with spaghetti and meat sauce instead of Alfredo. The chicken Parmesan was nearly cooked to oblivion and was just a crispy chicken tender covered in sauce and cheese. The spaghetti and meat sauce was actually really good and was the best part of my meal. Now, as for the Lasagna, the who reason I ordered the Tour of Italy, I was very disappointed. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought it had been heated and re-heated a few time! There was a skin of sauce and cheese on the sides that wasn’t natural and that I’ve never seen on their Lasagna. None of my food was served hot but the Lasagna was served almost cool. There was virtually no flavor either. I didn’t even finish half of it. And it wasn’t just my tasted buds as I had someone else try it and they thought the same thing.

We used to really like this place but it has definitely changed. More attention needs to be given to food preparation and...
