The bakery is nice and everything, but I do have to say the color scheme is definitely off their yellow come out pink and the reds come out pink for the frosting just FYI, they know this because of course they use it all the time so they should forewarn you that the color skeleton may not come out as exactly as you desire so I’m saying it.. The color scheme does not always come out as you imagine especially the yellows and the reds…..! I had two cakes at two different times done, and although the cakes were good, the pictures came out differently, first the Milwaukee Bucks sign with the yellow in it came out pink and on another the flat red background also made for my grandson came out pink also. This cake was picked up today, so no time for changes it’s little things in the detail that made a lot of difference so beware. I’m thinking Merrits bakery next time!!! Just let the customer know the Just let the customer know there may be A slight variance in the color that way it’s up to the customer to decide if they want to continue with that color or change before putting the order in. Sounds like common sense to me or...

I'm extremely disappointed in the bakery. We get our kids birthday cakes here every year, normally they are wonderful and soft. This time the girl who took my order failed to tell me the prices had went up, I told her we had 6 people and like to have enough to enjoy the day after. She read back the design and message, and I double checked with her before leaving on the size. She reassured me that it would be plenty big enough. The next day I go to pick it up and I was in tears, the cake was as small as my hand!!!! I asked for the girl who took my order, she was off of course. I cried and the taller lady was so rude and said that they were to busy to make me a bigger one, I have never been treated so rudely there ever before. I normally dont say anything but this time I have too, make sure you have them repeat the size back to you. The girl did not to me, but she assured me that it was plenty big enough. My 2 boys were the only ones who got cake so it was a sad day. Plus it was 28$ and usually I pay that much and we eat on it for a few days after. I will not be...

I’m honestly never one to do these reviews but I felt like this hasn’t been the first time this happened so I needed to notify people who may just be moving here or even people in this community. At the self checkout line they always have somebody standing there of course and understandably. I am low income I am not well to do and sometimes my clothes reflect that so therefore I am stereotyped every single time that I go in there. This past time I had two ladies about a foot away from me who work there talking about how somebody was trying to steal food for their kids earlier in the day and how much of a disgrace they were. I couldn’t really believe what they were saying in front of customers let alone about people in their own community times are hard right now I don’t condone stealing but understanding that even poor people need to eat and maybe try to help them and not be so demeaning to people that are underneath you. Absolutely terrible customer service if you look poor you will be followed and carefully watched as you pay...
