I placed full faith and confidence in the clothier (Eli Jones) by paying the full balance upfront for my son’s custom suit. The long wait time was not a problem. She placed the wrong buttons on the suit (also not a problem). She advised that it would take 8 weeks to receive the buttons. My son provided our PO Box. We did not receive the buttons. She requested a physical address. I provided it and still did not receive the buttons after waiting another 8 weeks. Eli said she was worried about the buttons getting lost in the mail. She never said this upfront. There was no proactive communication. I paid thousands for a suit and you are going to agonize over mailing the buttons (as promised). It's called tracking and insurance. My daughter still resides in Tulsa. I asked her to take time from her very busy schedule to pick up the buttons. Apparently, I should have asked my daughter to inspect the buttons. The buttons were not in a manufacturer box just sealed in a brown shipping box and wrapping tissue. These buttons were used and dirty. There was dirt embedded in the ridges of the buttons. The backs were scratched as if they were removed from an old suit. What an insult. Thank you for letting me know what you think about the quality of your work and the quality of your fabric. It apparently warrants used and dirty buttons. We will order our own buttons and we will Never look in your direction for...

If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS I would. My husband purchased a few jackets from the OKC location without any issues however this location is absolutely HORRENDOUS!! My son and I went here to order a custom jacket and vest for his wedding. After waiting 3 months it came in completely wrong!! The vest was NOT the fabric he ordered on the inside or outside. The lining in the jacket was also NOT what he ordered! When asked about it the answer was “ I don’t know why they (the maker) changed the fabric(for the vest). I’ll have to call to find out. I made the call to change the lining because it was going to take too long for the other lining” WHAT?!! So apparently Eli thinks it’s ok to make a decision for a customers custom order WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH THE ONE PAYING FOR IT!!! Eli Jones was the one helping us. She is infamous for not answering your call or text messages and takes a week or more to get back to you if she even does get back to you! We needed a color swatch or color code so we could match the groomsmen and it took her weeks to send us something and when she did it didn’t have any information about the color at all! This is the worse customer experience I’ve ever had and for the price they charge they should have it 100%. NEVER AGAIN AT...

Q Clothier is a wonderful high quality reliable place to make sure you are properly dressed. I had the quite unfortunate reality of needing a last minute tuxedo, and Thomas was able to equip me with everything I needed. He even helped me find a new pair of shoes for my wife.

They also offer custom suits fitting and styling assistance. Just in case my wife hasn't set my clothes out for me to wear that morning Tom has my back. He is quick to provide his cell for follow up questions. If I have to dress myself... I'm headed to Q Clothier.
