I would not recommend Kelsi Downey. She was very rude to me and has a very unprofessional attitude. She's hard to get a hold of, hard to communicate with and hard to deal with in general. I hate to say it but flaky best describes her. I would just move on to find a talented hair stylist, there are many more. The owner also has poor communication skills.
