Cherry & Bark — Restaurant in Tulsa

If you are looking for a sweet treat you should try Cherry and Bark. Chica and I stopped by because they are participating in the Tulsa 30 day Vegan Challenge and I wanted to try them out. She has three great options with two of them being drinks. One's a cold brew float so you get that coffee flavor with the creaminess of the vegan vanilla ice cream in it. The scoop of vegan super brownie ice cream has those chunks of chewy soft brownies in it and I combined it with the cold brew float and it then became an amazing chocolate coffee shake. Her third opinion was a very refreshing tropical flavor with pineapple and ginger ale plus other things and when I stirred that up together it blended into a very satisfying cross between a slushy and not quite a shake but the flavors were very good and left your mouth feeling light and tingly. Ok wow - as someone who does not have a sweet tooth, you’d never guess it because I’ve been here 5 times in the last two months.

Favorite ice cream spot hands down!!

The owner Kristi is so friendly. You can really feel and taste that she’s put her love and soul into this. She literally hand picks the berries that go into the ice cream from the farm. This is not mass produced or corporate, it is truly authentic and fresh. Fruit out of season? Gotta wait till next year.

Obsessed with the strawberry coulis. I usually get two or three flavors and eat them simultaneously: strawberry coulis, raspberry sorbet, yaaaas...

we stopped in today for my gf's favorite, peppermint hot cocoa floats and everything was perfect! rich cocoa over the dreamiest peppermint ice cream. we also tried a scoop of the chipped chocolate, which was genuinely SO decadent. I'm a bit of a chocolate nerd, and they pulled off the best depth and flavor without oversweetening. plus the fresh waffle cone!
