Tulsa Opera, a respected institution, used AI to generate the 2025 season's promotional material. I think the images look sloppy and horrible. I can't imagine the thought process to hire the so-called "artist" who made them. The Opera has an article about the artists "process" where she claims to edit the image but anyone who looks more than 10 seconds can tell the obvious and lazy work lacks any real artistic merit. the architecture, windows, and hand for example. Is this really the image an OPERA wants to portray? If they are so callouss and lazy with the promotional images, I would only hope their performances don't reflect this...

Charlotte is still there running the ticket office. It's Tulsa Operas 75th anniversary this year. Sadly, they will not be performing at the PAC but at TACE at the TCC south campus. I had to order my tickets instead of getting them at the counter. Covid once again has...
