i am 8 months pregnant and my feet are VERY swollen - it is December and I need shoes ASAP. - I ordered shoes online that came to my home dirty - the store did not have a replacement - I called customer service (there was a chat option online but itās ALWAYS disabled) - I spoke with a customer service agent who was very nice and claimed she would send out a new pair - those shoes were said to be expedited 2-3 day shipping) they never arrived - I called customer service again- another agent said she would create another order and overnight them to me - THOSE shoes never arrived - both orders appear on my account as in process⦠not shipped LONG after they already should have arrived - I called again because now thatās an expedited order AND and overnight order NEITHER of which have arrived almost two weeks later - I asked for a customer service manager named Sarah - she was apologetic and explained she would look in to the issue for me - turns out both reps did their orders wrong - told her I donāt care what happened and I donāt want anyone to be reprimanded, I just need my shoes - I was assured that one of the two pairs (the overnight pair) would be here by Tuesday (instead of the Friday beforeā¦) - well thatās a week shipping NOT overnight but whatever, I just need these darn shoes - this morning, Tuesday, the day my shoes should be here⦠I wake up to an email saying the order is CANCELEDā¦.- The other order is still active but it says my shoes will be here Friday (this was the order placed before the overnight order that order was supposed to be 2-3 day shipping and is the reason I had to call a third time to begin with) - my original order was three weeks ago and they continue to screw up. I spent over three hours on the phone with customer service and customer service management and this is STILL how Iām being treatedā¦they are aware of the issue, THEY caused it. - no one seems to care to do things correctly - aggravated and not worth the hassle. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNo one offered to help while I was carrying a bunch of items. I dropped an item and slipped and fell on it, still nothing for help with carrying all of my items? My total was almost $400 and I was asked about the credit card and that it will get me 40% off my purchase. I declined and said probably not, I won't be approved and I don't want it to effect my credit. She insisted and said that she didn't think she would either and she got approved for it, and at the very least you'll get the 40 percent off. Which wasn't true at all. I was declined, got a ding on my credit, AND didn't get any type of discount. When I made a comment about that the cashier just said she didn't say that, which I let her know that she did and that was why I had given an explanation that I didn't think I would be approved etc. I'll just stick to shipping online. The blonde girl isn't very helpful especially since I had to go back in the store because things were not rung up correctly and I had over paid over $20 on my card. Would not recommend, its easier to shop on the internet and not deal with...

I waited patiently for two of the employees to finish their chatting only to have them to continue to ignore my plea for a dressing room by very rudely looking straight at me then turning her back to begin folding clothing on the table near the dressing room. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I proceeded to walk back into her view with the several items I wanted to try on only to continue to be treated like I didn't exist. After asking if I needed to have a room opened or if I should just go on back she motioned to the dressing room area stating there's one open. I loved most of what I tried on and was going to purchase them until I found one more item I wanted to try while going to the front to make my purchase and then I was unable to even locate an employee to get assistance with the now all locked dressing rooms. Needless to say I just put everything down and left. I will shop online rather then in the store...
