Grocery Outlet — Local services in Twentynine Palms

I live here in 29 Palms. I regularly go get groceries on my e-bike. In order to get my groceries home I take my back pack. Every store here and in Yucca Valley are ok with me using my back pack....except 1. Grocery Outlet. I am a 60 year old disabled man who was accosted at the door about leaving my back pack. You no longer need to worry about my back pack as I felt humiliated and discriminated about my lifestyle and will NEVER step foot again in a grocery outlet store. I see customers with their own bags and purses that are bigger than mine. So keep your company policy and attitude as I will never return. Stater Bros and Dollar Tree have my patronage now.. its sad because I live less than a mile...

Some really wonderful team members working there, always ready to help. Pleasant and friendly. However, It was disappointing that my first ever request to return an item was rejected by the lady manger there. Only 1 day after purchase. A $10 beef jerky product and two chestnut packages. They were STALE/TASTED HORRIBLE, despite their “freshness validity” date. Yes the Beef jerky package as well as one of the two chestnut packages were opened, barely much was consumed as they tasted gross. She refused to return any of the items. “There’s nothing I can do, the date is good”. never will shop at this store again. $15 worth of products dumped...

Even though I've lived here like all my life I'm so mad at myself that I don't go to the store more often they have great selections and the staff is even more amazing I was at checkout for an instacart which I saw a certain item and was wondering the price I asked something about the top of their head because they didn't have to go look that I would just come back and look myself however the cashier went out of her way along with another team member just to look up a price for me thank you so much ladies I Hope You...
