This place not only has great, delicious food, they also have caring wonderful staff who make sure you have just what you need. After ordering something without fully reading the menu the chef here gave us what we THOUGHT we ordered free of charge. It probably helped that the restaurant wasn’t slammed because we arrived early, but regardless they could’ve just told us tough luck and sent us on our way. What a gem! Pleasantly surprised by this new discovery ... I must admit I've driven by a few times on my way through 29Palms, but have never stopped by until this time. Love their breakfast burrito and I got to enjoy it in the backyard covered area with the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains of Joshua Tree National Park. Wow... What a pleasant surprise! I saw a few posts on social media that Outpost 29 had opened. Stopped by and chatted with the owner for a bit while I was waiting for my order. This place is a must for both locals and tourists. I had an amazing breakfast sandwich that was gigantic and delicious with a pour over coffee that hit the spot. I can't wait to see what they do when the bar opens and the music venue is finished. I will definitely will be back...
