When buying jewlery i have had nothing but a good experience. They are really professional in that case however... when making repairs and such they are very very lacking. I sent in my wedding ring set to have the 2 rings fused together. The rings were fused together at a wierd angel and it makes them uneven and not flush on each other. This is making my ring saw away at my finger. Im honestly so disappointed and sad that my precious wedding set has been destroyed. I paid $50 to have them fused together and received this hot mess. When I asked if it could be fixed I was told no these 2 ring weren't ment to be together. Well thats not what the lady said when we bought this set. I even specifically told them at the time of purchase that I wanted my ring to be fused together just to make sure we wouldn't have this issue. Also if thats the case why wasn't anything said when I dropped them off to be fused. Moral of this is dont trust them to do ANY repairs. I would never buy from here again. I asked for a rhodium dip but they instead buffed on my ring and made my ring size a little smaller. They buffed so much it ruined the design I had on my ring. I’ve been told there’s no way to fix it, you can’t add gold back to an area with design because it would bubble.
