I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell location today. What should have been a quick lunch run turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me questioning why I even bothered.
Ridiculously Long Wait Times The drive-thru was practically empty - just one car ahead of me with a single person inside. I figured I’d be in and out in five minutes max. Boy, was I wrong. I sat there for a mind-numbing 20 minutes just to get my order. Twenty minutes! For fast food! There was literally one person ahead of me, and somehow the staff managed to turn what should have been a simple transaction into an eternity of waiting. I watched other cars pull up behind me and leave because even they could see this was taking way too long.
Completely Botched Order After finally getting my food, I drove away relieved to be done with this nightmare, only to discover they had completely messed up my order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla - a pretty straightforward menu item - and received what was essentially just a cheese quesadilla. No chicken whatsoever. How do you forget the main ingredient? It’s literally in the name of the item!
Overall Disaster This location clearly has serious management and training issues. The combination of inexplicably slow service and basic order accuracy problems makes this place completely unreliable. I understand that fast food workers deal with a lot, but 20 minutes for one car ahead of me and missing the primary ingredient in my food is simply unacceptable.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d strongly recommend others save themselves the time and frustration by going literally anywhere else. There are plenty of other fast food options that can actually deliver food in a reasonable timeframe with the correct ingredients included. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
P.s. - all of this was written while I’ve waited for the food. Also, staff was having so much fun that I could hear it outside of the building.
Update: It was 40 minutes long wait.

Read moreI’ve been to many Taco Bell locations over the years, and I’ve never experienced such consistently poor service as I have at this one. Today, I waited over 35 minutes for a simple order, and this is not an isolated incident. it’s the 3rd time this has happened to me at this same store.
Let me be clear: this is not about high customer volume or a busy rush. I’m 100% sure there’s something wrong with the way this staff operates. I saw 3–4 employees inside, but there was no urgency, coordination, or professionalism. Walk-in/lobby customers are completely ignored, while all the attention is given to drive-through orders. If that’s the approach, they might as well shut down the lobby altogether.
I initially asked how long the wait would be, and was told 15 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, I was told the same thing again. no real updates, no accountability. The staff were slow, dismissive, and borderline rude, with zero regard for customer time.
I honestly regret not writing this review earlier. I should have spoken up after the first or second experience, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Now, I realize this is a recurring issue, and it needs to be addressed seriously.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether. Drive 10–15 minutes to a different Taco Bell, you’ll likely receive faster service, better treatment, and a more organized experience. This store’s management really needs to step in, investigate the situation, and make real changes. As it stands, this location is doing a disservice to the...
Read moreWalked in and stood at the counter but was told to order from the kiosk by the person behind the counter before she walked away on her cell phone. Ordered 2 "meals" for my fiance and I. Then had to argue over whether or not they both came with drinks, after "customizing" the meals to include drinks at the kiosk, then was told to show my receipt, which the kiosk didnt give me an option to print (had to be emailed or texted , and I didnt feel like putting in an email address or phone number into the machine at the time, no one wants spam texts or emails). After the whole drink ordeal they dumped our food into the bag, chips all over, and overcooked it. The food had burn marks on it, and we showed the woman behind the counter and asked for new food, she walked away with the food and complained about it out loud and making rude remarks to my fiance about how my fiance was wrong, the food wasn't burnt. Ultimately they gave us new food, but it was a struggle. I've read bad reviews from this place for years but never actually experienced it, infact up until now I've enjoyed my in restaurant experiences there. The entire staff put no effort into their jobs and it showed. My last visit there, made the Twinsburg McDonalds looks like a 4 star restaurant, go read those reviews and you will know that's not...
