After getting disastrous results from an ill informed service agent at the Manitowoc location, my fiance convinced me to go to the Two Rivers location and see if they could help me. Manitowoc told me my phone was completely broken, that there was no hope of retrieving anything and handed me a brochure to call and order a new phone that I would have to set up all on my own. 2 other agents, who were not working with any other customer sat by, never offering to help while I sat there sobbing about losing the last photos and messages I'd gotten from my son before he'd died. When we got to the TR location, Dave Buda was on his way to his car for his lunch break. He saw my distress, closed his car door and followed us back into the store. In a few minutes time he had totally restored my phone, AND taught me how to back those items up from now on. Dave Buda could teach classes on Customer service, and empathy...

Was helped by Carly to change ownership of a line. Sat for quite awhile in store but eventually was told that I could leave and she’d give me a call back once it was completed. Never received a call. Checked next day and the requested change of ownership was incorrectly completed and again no one called to confirm with me. Called the store and was sent to voicemail, waited several hours no call back. Had to call again myself to straighten out. She seemed less than thrilled to help. Will find another location if I need in person services.

Amazing service today!! My dad and I came in to switch from Cellcom due to the outage. The gentleman went above and beyond for us making sure we were getting the best deal. He informed me my phone that I was going to keep was going to be obselete in the next year where it wouldn't update anymore so I could go with the better deal today and get a free phone for being a new customer vs waiting and only getting a few hundred bucks off a new phone a year from now.
