I've always gone here for cologne and things on holidays and birthdays there is usually in older lady behind the perfume counter that assist me she's totally awesome she may be made of gold. But this last visit has me considering if I will ever go back I do have quite a bit of tattoos but my money is still green and to be treated the way that I was treated was absolutely unacceptable I stood there forever while three women were in a group talking looking at me laughing the entire time like I wasn't there I purchase anything I eventually had to ask them and tell them excuse me I would like to smell the 1 million complete attitude I honestly feel as if I was in the wrong or out of place the way they were reacting to me I am covered in tattoos I may not look like everybody else in this store but I did come to spend money. When I told her I would take two sets of the same one she acted as if she didn't want to bring it up because she didn't think I would be able to afford it after standing there for about 30 to 40 minutes trying to keep one person's attention so I can smell the different colognes which should only take about 10 to 15 minutes I have waited a while to call me on this because it hurt my feelings so if you look different in your skin isn't thick I do not recommend this place at least...

Don't know what genius was responsible for deleting Delta 8/9 in your Stores but the Sale is a part of the Farm Bill and is a Federal Law. I really thought Very Highly of Drug Emporium until I just found out that you were stopping the sales BEFORE the bozos in Austin try to pass a law again! My wife and I are in our 60s and started eating D8 Gummies before y'all started carrying them and eat them in the evenings to relax and were exstatic when y'all started carrying them so we didn't have to order them online. THEY REALLY HELPED OUR SLEEP! We've been shoppers in the Tyler Store for 10 yrs. That store has changed CONSIDERABLY since you hired the manager who is there now, but not for the better! It's too bad y'all decided to go with this decision. Someone is really doing a good job at hiring the right people or training the right people in cosmetics because every time I go in there I'm greeted and helped extensively. They have always had the upmost patience with me, even when I couldn't make up my mind 😂. I don't try to be difficult but I really appreciated that, and their assistance with buying the right thing. I recommend researching what u want before you go because they are pretty busy and there's a lot to choose from but great prices. I'm referring to the perfume and cologne selections. I always go here when I buy perfume or cologne. It feels good to be able to get it at a good price and be treated really nicely as well....
