Ok so I'm gonna start off by saying that everyone here that I interacted with were very polite and nice. The atmosphere of the store was very beneficial to my sensory and anxiety issues. However I want to recognize a gentleman named Ridge (I believe was his name) helped me personally today. I hate shoe shopping with a passion. I have very long and wide feet for a woman. Normally it takes hours to find a pair that fits me and I end up frustrated and just wanting to give up. My social anxiety and sensory issues makes it 10 times worse. I felt like Ridge listened and delivered 100% what I needed and also provided me with very valuable information about the differences in sizing between women's and men's shoes that benefit my weirdly shaped feet. Concise with information and a pleasant demeanor made him exactly what I needed today to reduce my anxiety. So thank you so much. You helped me make my day better. Hope you continue to give amazing customer service. I will be back for sure because of this experience....

My husband and I both purchased a pair of running shoes yesterday and the young man that helped up was very helpful through it all, I wish I had caught his name. BUT the pair of shoes I purchased was a pair on sale and the cashier did not inform us that an on sale item can only be returned for store credit, nor is there a sign posted at the register, nor is it on the receipt. So when I drove 30mins back just 24 hours later after realizing they aren’t the right pair for me, I tried to return them and was informed of this policy they have in place and there is apparently no way around it. So I am not pleased with this...

Racket and jog is one of the great places to go and Tyler. It has a variety of sports and outdoors equipment as well as super cute clothes for all the ladies out there and all the essentials from water bottles to jewelry they’ve got it all. As well as college and high school students that are willing to help out and get whatever shoes you want or reach the highest soccer ball of the highest shelf for you. Love all the sportswear though it has a high price tag I’ve had a racket and jog shirt for five years and it has not worn out though I can’t wear anymore because I I am too big for it now I have passed it down to my brothers because it was like a unisex shirt and it is still in great condition today.
