WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I have a specific story but I will start by saying every single time I go in there the girls are extremely snotty and act like they’re doing you a favor by helping you!!! Last week I called him to see if pallet that I have been waiting for was back in stock because they told me they get shipment every Friday morning. The girl put me on hold for about 10 minutes, I’m not sure who I spoke to she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then came back and said “yes we have it!” and asked for my name and said that they put it at the front for me and that I could come get it whenever I wanted. I told her I would be in within an hour or two to pick it up. Then I hung up got ready and drove 40 minutes one way with traffic to pick up my pallete which they then told me, “they don’t have and they don’t know who I spoke to but they haven’t had it in weeks and that they’re “sorry for my experience”!! I am furious about that. Then I called back today which is a week later, and another girl named Morgan was extremely rude to me on the phone. I was just curious if they have gotten their shipment already she’s like snapping at me angrily “yeah and it’s not here!!!!!!!” Because I dared to ask her! I just Hung up on her. I hate going to that store and I try to avoid it like the plague and deal with Sephora as much as possible. Honestly the girls here are the rudest and most snotty people I’ve ever met in my life. No one tries to help you and they act like you’re annoying them by existing. Do not...
Read moreI will never visit the salon at Ulta in Texas or any other state again. They do not disclose that they are scheduling you with more expensive stylists that do not follow the pricing online or what is advertised in the store. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment only to have to wait 50 minutes past my scheduled time. I was placed in a disgusting chair and area that was not cleaned and looked like it had never been cleaned. This should have pushed me to leave, but I stayed. I talked briefly with the stylist who I learned had only been graduated for over a year and she barely asked what I wanted to do with my hair color. My price was raised from around $100 to $218; I have been getting my hair done the same way for 8 years, have gone to many different salons, and NEVER paid over $150. Again, I should have left, but after wasting an hour and half of my day just trying to get started and I was leaving on vacation in 2 days I had no option but to continue. Entering the salon I was a blonde with very low brown highlights... I emerged 5 hours later with dark brown ash hair and black highlights. I was so shocked and mad I couldn't speak. I left ULTA and will NEVER STEP FOOT in there again. I will even go somewhere else to buy products. My sister in law in Utah had a similar experience 2 months ago; needless to say our family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers will never...
Read moreUsually a great store, I was there for a good 30-45 mins - not one employee asked if I needed help this time. Waiting in line (hard to tell since they have the mini kiosks there that we all like to shop) clerk barely audible said she could help who's next in line - and then started talking to the employee next to her...I read her lips as she repeated it, so I came up. I let her know I couldn't find the item in hand and handed it to her; well these are located just over there as she points...did you check? Um, yes - I couldn't find it. She replies with...Okaaayy. She asks another employee if so and so is in ...and then turns and walks away from me and the counter (not a look or a word to me). A few minutes later, she returns to say, the closest color we have is this, I let her know oh no, thanks, but I didn't want that. Okay, well we don't have this one and hands it back to me. I say, typically if an item is not available in store, I'm asked if I'd like to order it and have it shipped... Her reply; Do you want to order it? Um, YES that would be great - if it's not too much trouble. Well, I'm not sure if it'll be available online either ...well, can you check? Please... Suuure. Wow! Lol. Sure felt like being a customer was a real...
