My husband and I were just going to Michael's for some vinyl for our youngest daughter (figured it would be a quick run in and get it and back out to the car).There was so much other attachments for her Criket we were in there for over an hour! I love Michael's! Our oldest daughter works at the Michael's in Weatherford, Texas and she'd been trying to tell us how much Michael's had changed but we figured it was just the DFW area that had changed so we didn't pay much attention to it. The male, tall, older-looking manager is extremely rude & unprofessional. Had a question about price- they put the item next to a sign that said it was on sale. I pointed it out to the manager and he said “ oooookkkkk” ??? So rude and unprofessional. A simple “oh OK thanks.” Would’ve been great. Try some professionalism and customer service! I shop at Michael’s a lot and have spent a ton of my money with them! Uncalled for & unprofessional management. If they would put actual humans at the checkout counter, things would run a lot more smoothly! Cutting costs and it shows! Hire better management...
