Friday @ 6:55 PM with the “OPEN” sign lit up. Prime time to make a quick sale as a small business.. Nope, doors locked. I didn’t make it back to my car before the owner turned off the lights. Maybe you saw someone trying to buy what you’re selling, but you wanted to peace out a few minutes early instead? It was quite the coincidence. I’ve stopped more times at this place without buying something than I’ve left with anything because they only make specific cupcakes on the days they choose, and now apparently don’t bother sticking to the hours they post on their own door.
We should support small businesses and will continue to do so with this one, but charging your customers $5.00 per cupcake when you can’t keep your doors open during business hours is a little concerning. I definitely recommend SmallCakes to anyone looking for a sweet, healthy...

We came in after a rough day, and I was looking forward to getting a cupcake, something that usually lifts my spirits. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a clerk who appeared disinterested and didn't acknowledge us when we spoke. Another older staff member noticed us but walked to the back without saying a word. I’ve always enjoyed visiting Smallcakes, but this experience was disappointing enough to make me reconsider returning. Perhaps the consistently empty parking lot is a reflection of others feeling...
