Took my grandmas watch in to have a few links removed from the band. The guy asked me a million questions, where'd I get it. How long my grandma had it, how often she wore it. Then when I told him I don't know how often she wore it, he told me its brand new she never wore it (not true shes had it for many years, they dont even sell this brand anymore and Ive wore it no less then 15 times) he just kept asking questions that felt very accusatory, then told me it'll be $30.
