My daughter and I came in to purchase chino styled pants for college ROTC. She is a petite size so we had to try young boys or girls sizes first. The stock on hand was limited due to recently schools starting for fall. Kayla was our first encounter, at the dressing rooms. She went above and beyond to walk us over to multiple departments looking for anything for my daughter to try on. I swear she re-checked inventory multiple times trying so hard to help us find anything that would fit. Then Jordyn got involved. She was awesome too. Went to do a return and the blonde valley girl at guest service looked me in the eye and ignored me to have a personal, flirty conversation with a coworker. When she could finally be bothered to offer a greeting, I approached, and she proceeded to physically snatch the return from my hands. Refunded my card and said "I hope back on your card is okay" which it was not because I had closed the account. Too late - she already did it. The Mt Pleasant, MI Target is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The Team Members on the floor, at the registers, drive-up orders, and at the customer service desk…all are all wonderful! I’ve always felt well taken care of and appreciated as a customer when I shop there. I even recognize a few of them, and vice versa, to where we say hello when I’m in-store.
