This place has gone so down hill. I placed an order at 5:15 and called at 7:15 when I didn’t have my order and was told “someone was on their way”, well it turned 8 and I called again and then was informed that the “driver knocked and left it at my door” and I look out my door and nothing is there. I was told to wait for a call from the main boss. Another 30 min pass and I CALL AGAIN and I talk to a super condescending girl telling me she’s never been made aware of this problem, even though I had called 3 times at this point. She said she would call be back to check into this. Another 20 MINUTES PASS and she said that the driver left it at my door but she will give me a refund (like I was making it up). At this point it’s 3 hours down the drain I’m starving, and I look at my bank account and they CHARGED ME TWICE INSTEAD OF REFUNDING MY ORDER. So now I have 50 dollars out of my account with no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
EDIT: First of all: This is to the owners response. The driver is lying to you because they had NO WAY of getting in to my apartment building without a key and the buzzer is broken. So maybe you should fix that problem before you try and say that the driver “left it at the correct apartment”. called in and ordered a big batch of food 2 combos with fried rice to be delivered gave them my card information to be charged and delivered almost two hours later the food didn't show up call back the waitress told me she forgot to place my order I guess I don't understand how you take somebody's order and you set everything up and then just don't do it. I recommend going to the Chinese restaurant by GameStop they don't forget to place their order first wok. it's really sad because I miss the way this place used to be a long.......time ago it was amazing.

Read moreCame here for a family meal, my partner and I ordered sushi, our child got a kids chicken dish. There must be absolutely no communication between the servers. Kids plate came out first, then when the sushi came out brought by a different server he also had a full size adult order of the kids meal. When I tried my sushi roll it tasted horrible. I told our server and she took it back. I then heard the guy (manager maybe?) LOUDLY telling her how I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with my food. He then told her to go back out and make me order something different. I had ordered a soup when I ordered the sushi so I just stuck with that. Which I had to remind them I had ordered. When it came time for the bill we looked it over and had been double charged. I pointed it out to the guy and he snatched it from me and fixed it, then tossed it back onto the table while walking away. Not five seconds later our server came over with another bill.
