My fiance and I went in last night (Monday, March 4th 2025 around 8:30...) There were 3 girls on staff that I could tell. None of them were doing their jobs correctly and they were terrible at taking an order let alone understanding what a green pepper was.. the floors were dirty, couldn't even see the meat options because they were trying to close up HOURS before close... They were all chatting and not taking care of the customers present. The young lady who took our order does not need to be working in a subway if she can't understand basic food items let alone the menu! I ordered a salad, she asked me 3 times making sure I didn't want meat but her didnt put cheese on my salad... Thought that was common knowledge and again... Couldn't see it because they had it blocked off to close up... I asked for extra cucumber as she was cutting it and she didn't do so... I asked for vinaigrette and she gave me some horrible sauce I couldn't even tell you what it is!! She made my fiances sub and couldn't even understand what he was asking for when he asked for green pepper... Barely put toppings on top... She was flat out terrible at her job to the point I FELT DUMB standing there ordering from her! My fiance went back to get cheese on top and said they still haven't cleaned up at all! As well as that she barely put any cheese on the salad; Flat out stupid!! The cucumbers were soggy and gross... Couldn't tell you the employee number but she had long blonde hair making subs with a brunette girl around 8:30 last night. Whole crew last night needs looked into!! They need to stop hiring college students, wait til they graduate so you know they have gained...
Read moreService has been declining the past couple years and today was the culmination for me of the worst experience yet. I ordered a roasted chicken breast footlong and received a footlong turkey breast. I called them and asked for a manager and a guy named Tyler told me there wasn't one on staff. I explained about my sandwich and he said their digital receipt said turkey. I said that the half of sub I had in front of me only had 2.5 pieces of turkey on it (and its thin deli slices). He said the sandwich should have been made with 12. I checked the other half and it had 4. He said I could bring the sandwiches back and they'd remake them but I refused, saying I was tired and been out all day but that it would be a very long time, if at all, that I returned.
In these current times, eating out is a splurge for my son and I (single mom), so it rarely happens. I try to make decent choices when I can and Subway is healthier than other fast food but I want it to be right when I order especially since its a 'treat' for us. I just feel angry about the whole experience and lack of real concern on their part. Tyler wasn't apologetic, sounding or in words. Having to get back in the car and drive back over there and wait (we had a long wait for the sandwiches to be made) again for remakes just didn't seem worth it. Its not like we'd even get to keep the incorrect sandwich. He said we needed to bring them back. He told me to 'have a nice rest of the day' but like everything else, it didn't seem sincere. I'm over this Subway.
Also, they are no longer serving cucumbers on their sandwiches (a key component of mine) because they are too...
Read moreI was just in this establishment not even 15 minutes ago I normally go to the one in walmart the staff doesnt Smile and was kinda throwing things around not very friendly or welcoming and to watch that sort of unproffessionalism is appalling I wanted to walk out within the first few seconds of coming into this subway never again will I be returning to this one I will stick with the walmart store for sure after receiving this sort of experience I dont mind if you dont smile but I'm in the service industry smiling and professionalism is the most important and not throwing things like a child or acting like you have an attitude and do not want to be at work we check our bagage at the door we do not bring it to work with us from our personal lives. our customers pay our wages and tips for the most part in my industry and guest are number 1 and we dont want a bad experience to affect our business or our paychecks I wish I would of just left negativity does transfer to people worse experience I've had...
