Five Below — Local services in Union Charter Township

Usually 5 Below is an average store experience typically decent customer service and nothing to write a review over. I went to 5 Below with a few friends 32 minutes before close. Now as someone who has worked a retail job I completely understand it’s a little annoying to have people come in right before closing, but 32 minutes isn’t that bad. The employees bad mouthed us as soon as we walked in and were very rude. I was alittle taken aback but they looked to be in their late teens so I didn’t take much offense. I was going to buy a megaphone and it was on the top shelf. Now of course I couldn’t reach it so I jumped to grab it. I grabbed it and then it accidentally fell. Some 40-50 year old female employee came over and started being extremely rude. she said “If yall are just coming in here to make a mess then you can just leave.” I responded kindly with a “We aren’t I just dropped it you don’t have to be rude.” and I got more bad mouthing.
