The Mystical House — Local services in Union City

I have to say this store is nice. The staff when you come in is super friendly and helpful BUT I had to come here twice. I purchase waist beads and when I got home to put it on the hook was broken, I called and was advised to come back to get it fixed. I went back and they worked on it. I didn’t check it and when I got home it wasn’t fixed. I called and the said I can either come back to the store or have it ship to them to fix or they can talk me through how to fix it over the phone. I explain I don’t live in NJ and I traveled far. It’s sad cause the beads aren’t cheap in price. I literally just put it back in the bag it came in and tossed it. Makes no sense to travel a third time for their mistakes.
