Spencer's — Local services in Union Gap

I wish I could put no stars. I bought a Shrek waffle maker on the 8th of December to give it to my daughter for Christmas. They sent me an email around the 18th telling to message on the 25th (Christmas) to let them know if my item came because it said it was delivered the 18th. I never got it. Was never delivered but it said it was. I wait until Christmas to see an email that says disregard last message because my item was shipped back and then they proceeded to say I have to get a refund because they are now out of stock. First off how are they out of stock when I already bought it? Did they let someone else buy the product that I bought? What did they do with the waffle maker I bought. Screw this...

Overall spencers stores are great in terms of their merchandise & the what not,the only exception to this location is their customer service,today & as well as many other times....the workers there seem to be keeping too much of an eye on my friends/friend & I. And apart from not offering service or a welcoming greeting,they only offer stares & hostile vibes.Wouldn't write this review if it didn't constantly happen.Especially since neither me and my friends have no need to steal from that or any store,like we assure that we can buy not one but plenty things with...
