A HUGE thing i notice was a particular Peach colored ruffled sleepware. Ive seen their PRICES FLUCTUATE! In the store they were 50. The website eventually went to 14. I didnt buy them i had them ready though... The price then changed from 14 to 35. Thats absurd! I see alot of times that i recently bought something in the store like an $85 fancy bra. They eventually dropped that price to 24. They are constantly having SALEs. The most recent one was the Semi Annual Sale. I totally believe VS received a bunch of clearance shipped to store. Or maybe its beeen sitting in the back. I didnt recognize alot of the items they were selling. I do have an Angel Card. Ive been going regularly since Sept 2018. It seem like im missing the discount change of high end items. Buy it then 3 week later they are discounted. I do love that they gave for free to me a Scarf, Beanie, 3 pairs of Panties. I came here for my "Christmas Shopping" i bought over $300 worth of clothes and went on a a day when cotton yoga pants were $25 instead of $46.95. I took a screenshot of the pair that i wanted, and then went down to get the pair in the store. I talked to a few associates and asked how much the yoga pants were. The pants were very unorganized and the associates were not quite sure, but i asked her if they honored the online prices in the store. They said as long as i showed the picture they would honor it. I ended up getting distracted and not showing the picture, and went down today ( the next day) after calling and confirming once again that they would honor the $25 price, and they said they "do not honor screenshots" which makes no sense since the sale ended yesterday so there would no longer be that $25 dollar price when i looked online today. They said they would not honor the price that was online even though i had the screenshot, and the receipt from the day of the sale. Even worse, the manager "Yesenia" was extremely rude and could not have handled the situation in a more disrespectful manner. The employees are rude and follow you around every where. It was extremely uncomfortable. I usually love Victoria Secret but not in Yakima. I was looking at the perfume and sprays and picked up one to spray to smell then set it down and a employee from across the room yelled Are you going to pay for that? My boyfriend and I looked around to see who she was talking to and it was only us around that area. My boyfriend said excuse me to the girl and she was like Is your girlfriend going to pay for that? I was going to buy a bottle but after she yelled like that across the store and made it seem as tho I had pocketed it or something we told her not anymore. As we started to walk out she ran to the perfumes and saw that I had set it down and turned all embarrassed.
